By accessing or using the Parqel platform, website, or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Scope of Services

Parqel provides community-powered parking notifications, spot availability discovery, and spot reservations. Parqel is a technology notification platform and does not issue legal police challans, impound vehicles, or exercise statutory law enforcement powers.

3. Fair Use & User Responsibilities

All registered users agree to adhere to community guidelines:

• File reports only for genuine obstructions, blocked driveways, or reserved bay violations.
• False, malicious, or abusive reporting is strictly prohibited and leads to immediate account ban.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of license plates entered into the system.

4. Commercial & Parking Operator Terms

Parking operators and residential associations listing spots on Parqel warrant that they hold the lawful authority to allocate and monetize the designated parking spaces.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
