• Vehicle Registration Details: License plate numbers provided to receive alerts.
• Contact Information: Mobile phone number for verified OTP logins and notification routing.
• Location Coordinates: Device location when searching for nearby parking or verifying obstruction incidents.
• Booking & Incident Records: Timestamped records of spots reserved or notifications dispatched.

3. How We Protect Your Privacy (Zero Number Disclosure)

Unlike traditional dashboards or open messaging groups, Parqel never discloses phone numbers between vehicle owners and reporters. All alerts are routed through Parqel's encrypted proxy network, completely eliminating harassment, unsolicited calls, and roadside friction.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Data is shared exclusively with enterprise-grade infrastructure providers (such as Google Cloud / Firebase for encrypted storage and Razorpay for secure payment gateway processing).

5. Your Data Rights

You retain full control over your information at all times:

• Request full export of your personal data and vehicle logs.
• Request immediate account deletion and unlinking of your vehicle.
• Opt-out of non-critical marketing communications.
